InPlace is flexible and designed with workflows to enable different models of engagement with employers, students, academics and supervisors to underpin the teaching and learning processes associated with Work Integrated Learning.

We have an active and involved community with annual user groups ran in both Australia and the UK. Online forums for engagement between clients, quarterly client reviews and annual steering committee represented by all clients.

Monash University is one of the top universities in Australia, ranking highly both overall and in multiple individual academic disciplines. The InPlace deployment begun with the School of Education and has been rolled out university wide.
Kings College London (KCL) is a QS ranked top 20 university in the World. InPlace was initially deployed into several Health schools including the prestigious Florence Nightingale School of Nursing and Midwifery and seeing the benefits expanded to university wide.
RMIT is the largest tertiary education provider in Australia, and is a big advocate of work integrated learning. InPlace has been rolled out university wide across 26 schools.
QUT has been ranked as Australia's best university under 50 years of age by the Times Higher Education Top 100, and ranks 26th globally in that category. QUT prides itself on its delivery of ‘real world learning’ which is integrated into all courses throughout the university and managed by InPlace.
A prestigious global top 10 university, ICL students undertake over 10,000 placements per year. InPlace has been rolled out university wide rollout including to their prestigious and highly ranked Medical College. ICL is the number one ranked University in the UK for employability in The Guardian University Guide 2017.
A very highly regarded university in Northern Ireland, boasting a top 10 rating in popularity by student applications and post degree student employability. InPlace is deployed through several well awarded schools within the Health faculty.
o UCL is one of the world’s most prestigious universities consistently ranking in the global top 10 (QS world University Rankings). UCL selected InPlace to manage student internships and clinical placements across the university.
Swinburne is ranked among the world’s top 400 research-intensive universities by the prestigious Academic Ranking of World Universities in 2014, and it is home to 50,000 students from all walks of life. ACU Faculty of Health includes Australia’s largest Nursing school amongst its five disciplines with campuses in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. InPlace is deployed through all schools within the Faculty of Health and the School of Education managing in excess of 20,000 placements per annum.
Nottingham Trent University (UK) has a strong employability focus for its students and maintains one of the UK’s best university employability records. InPlace is deployed university wide in an advanced placement program.
One of Australia’s highest ranked universities. UQ selected InPlace after an extensive evaluation and pilot deployment in 2017 and is deploying to all disciplines to transform the management of Work Integrated Learning across the university.
Charles Sturt University is a multi-campus university located throughout regional New South Wales. Due to the challenging spread of campus’s CSU is very innovative in their use of collaborative technology and has deployed InPlace University wide (30 disciplines across 8 Campuses) as part of their workplace learning initiative.
Flinders University is a highly regarded university in South Australia, and has established a reputation as a leading research institution with a devotion to innovation. InPlace has been deployed university wide.
JCU is located in northern Queensland, and has deployed InPlace university wide for all work integrated learning including the renowned College of Medicine.
The Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine is a very prestigious Medical school in Singapore. InPlace went live in early 2017!
Deakin University is a much awarded Australian University, including winner of “Outstanding Technology in Education”. InPlace is deployed university wide, using several models to handle over 30,000 placements per year.
La Trobe University in Victoria helped start the InPlace journey being our first client. InPlace is used enterprise wide across metropolitan and regional campuses.
InPlace is deployed through several Faculties including Health where post deployment UoC have restructured the placement team to be a centrally organised unit, reducing size and removing the workload from academics.
Glasgow Caledonian University (Scotland) is ranked among the UK's top 10 modern universities, and is widely regarded as one of the UK's most dynamic and innovative universities. InPlace is currently (mid 2014) deployed into the School of Health and Life Sciences - phase 1 of an enterprise wide rollout.
Box Hill Institute is a leading Victorian vocational and higher education provider based in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne in Victoria. It is known for collaborative and creative approaches to education in Australia and overseas. InPlace was deployed and went live in 2016
o The Leeds Beckett deployment was initially to the very large Health School, involving almost 18,000 students and 2000 agencies. Project scope was subsequently expanded to a university wide deployment.
The University of Southern Queensland (USQ) is a medium-sized, regional university based in Toowoomba, Queensland, Australia. InPlace is deployed across disciplines as diverse as Education, Health, Paramedicine, Nursing, Human Services, and Sport and Exercise. University wide InPlace implementation now underway (Q4 2014), the prestigious Robert Gordon University is based out of Aberdeen, Scotland and rated by HESA as the UK's top university for student employability. As work integrated learning placements drive student employability, InPlace is proud to be the chosen management platform.
The University of New England (UNE) is a public university in Australia with approximately 21,000 higher education students and located in northern central New South Wales. UNE achieved a five-star (maximum) rating for Overall Satisfaction in the 2016 Good Universities Guide and has a strong emphasis on integrated learning, InPlace was selected in late 2014 and has been steadily rolled out across various schools and quickly expanding into more.
City University London is a highly-ranked institution, based out of central London. InPlace was selected from an open, worldwide tender for enterprise-wide placement management. InPlace will be deployed across seven campus’ and five schools, including School of Health Sciences, Nursing and Midwifery, Computer Science and Engineering and the prestigious Sir John Cass School of Business, which is second-ranked in London and world top 40.
UWS selected InPlace in early 2015 and have rolled out InPlace university wide including School of Medicine, UWS has been named by the Times Higher Education and QS World Rankings as amongst the world’s top universities.
LSBU are located in central London and have a student population of over 18 000. Their courses have a strong focus on employability, which guides teaching content and industry placements. InPlace has been selected for the School of Health and Social Care with implementation to commence late January 2016 and Go Live in March.
Federation University Australia is a dual-sector university with multiple campuses in Victoria, Australia. InPlace is live across all university courses including Nursing and Midwifery, Sports Science, Science and Technology, Business, IPP, Psychology, Paramedicine.

UWS has a student population over 15 000 and is the largest provider of Nursing education in Scotland. Work-based learning forms an integral part of many courses at the University of the West of Scotland. The InPlace deployment begins with the School of Nursing and further rollout in 2016.
University of Tasmania is an 125 year old institution that is regarded internationally for teaching and academic excellence. InPlace was selected in 2015 and has been deployed university wide for all work integrated learning.
Cumbria is one of Britain’s newest universities, however it already boasts a professional education history of over 150 years. The university has a firm commitment to delivering accessible higher education, and subsequent job opportunities for students. Campuses are located in Carlisle, Lancaster and Ambleside.
The University of South Australia has a student population of over 32,000 and was ranked 25th in the QS World University Rankings for institutions under 50 years old in 2015. InPlace is first went live mid 2016 into the School of Nursing and has been deployed enterprise wide.
Kangan Institute is one of the largest technical colleges in the state of Victoria, Australia with a strong focus on delivering work ready students and employment outcomes. InPlace went live second quarter 2017.

The highly regarded LJMU is one the largest universities in the UK with a student population around 25 000 and diverse curriculum of teaching and degrees.
University of Chester has a student population of 20,000 and was the host of the 2018 InPlace UK User Group. Noted as one of the best performing university’s in England for employability, with 95.2% of its graduates in work or further study, the flagship 'work-based learning' module allows students to take an industry placement related to their course of study.
The university is ranked in the top 1% of universities worldwide (Academic ranking of world universities) and has previously been ranked within the top 150 university globally by the guide. University Liverpool is also is a founding member of the Russell Group.
Edge Hill University is a modern university in Northern England with over 14 000 student population, the University boasts Gold ranking in the Teaching Excellence Framework (England). After beginning in Health Edge Hill have since rolled InPlace out through the renowned Teacher Education Faculties.
Coventry is a highly rated University in the north of England (12th University in the United Kingdom in The Guardian University Guide 2018). InPlace is deployed into several schools.
Edinburgh Napier University is a highly regarded public university in Edinburgh, Scotland with an enrolment of over 19,500 students. InPlace was selected from a public tender late 2017 with deployment in 2018 to engineering, computing, nursing and midwifery, science, business courses in the first phase of an enterprise deployment.
The University of Southampton is ranked among the top 1% of universities worldwide and a founding member of the prestigious Russell Group. InPlace was selected from a public tender in 2018 noted as being the only work integrated learning solution capable of delivering an enterprise wide model.
